19 Days and No Glasses?! My 'Express Shipping' Nightmare & Why You Should AVOID! 😡
I have to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale. I genuinely wish I had listened to others who warned against this company. I ordered glasses on March 30th, paying extra for express shipping, expecting them in 3-5 days because my old glasses broke. But day 5 rolled around, and they were still in production. Day 10, still nothing. It's truly a "Terrible company." By day 11, I had to call to ask for a shipping refund, and honestly, they seemed to do it all the time by the way the representative responded. So, I got my $10 back, but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery, meaning I'm looking at Day 19 or whatever and still no glasses! This entire ordeal compelled me to leave this review and try to get some answers from customer service because someone clearly doesn't give a crap about their customers.
Customer: Hi, I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I placed it on March 30th and paid for express 3-5 day shipping because my old glasses broke. It's now day 11, and they are still not here, in fact, they're still in production. This is completely unacceptable. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the significant delay with your order. Let me pull up your details right now. Customer: This isn't what I paid for. I was expecting them days ago, and I'm still without glasses. What can you do about this? CS Rep: I see here that you were indeed charged for express shipping. Given the circumstances, I can confirm that the $10 shipping fee was refunded to your original payment method. Your glasses are now showing as shipped, with an estimated delivery in approximately 6 more days. Customer: So, I just have to wait even longer? This whole experience has been terrible.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and to warn all my four-eyed friends to never shop here.
