Worst Customer Service Ever: Trapped in a Frustration Loop! 😤


Let me share a cautionary tale about my recent online shopping experience, hoping to spare others the frustration I endured. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because frankly, the experience was abysmal. My conclusion is that it was the Worst customer service ever. It's Impossible to actually talk to a human. Chat tells you to call, the phone line tells you to use the chat. I was in a ridiculous loop! I sent an email and got links to everything that didn’t answer my question before. My glasses were Well beyond when they should have been produced, no idea when I’ll get them. I’ve bought from them before and didn’t have these specific problems, though I did have other issues. Once, one pair had the wrong prescription (I put it in wrong) I sent them back and finally gave up on getting them back and took the refund. This time, the lack of communication and delivery delay pushed me to my limit.

Customer: I'm calling about my order. I've tried chat, and they told me to call. When I called before, it said to use chat. It feels impossible to talk to a human! CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you've experienced in reaching us. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Can I please get your order number so I can look into this for you right away? Customer: It's frustrating. My order is well beyond when it should have been produced, and I have no idea when I’ll get them. I also sent an email and just got automated links that didn’t answer my question.
